Should you of any reason be dissatisfied, please contact us. We are always willing to resolve any issue. Note that delay's in postage or delivery is beyond our control, items are posted using Royal Mail, ParcelForce or any other reputable carrier with tracking code. We do our best to send your oder promptly. Most orders are handled the same or during the next day during normal business days Monday-Friday. Note that occasionaly there are delays due to bank holidays, or other occurancies that are beyond our control like flight strikes etc. International orders may be held in customs. If you receive an item damaged please notify the carrier immediately. Ensure that you get a written statement of damage or make a damage claim without delay, should a parcel arrive against all odds arrive in damaged condition.
